Sisters 4 Sisters, Inc. Scholarships program awards scholarships to highly motivated African American female high school seniors from the borough of Queens, NY, for full-time undergraduate study. Established in 2002, the program is funded entirely by the corporate sponsors of Sisters 4 Sisters Inc.
The Sisters 4 Sisters, Inc. Scholarships are selected in the spring prior to entering college. Applications are screened during the month of May by the Sisters 4 Sisters scholarship committee.
Finalists will be interviewed by members of the Sisters 4 Sisters, Inc. scholarship committee and winners will be selected based on their application, recommendations and interview. Scholarship winners will be notified by June 6th, 2017.
Application Deadline
Sisters 4 Sisters, Inc. scholarship applications must be submitted no later than May 12, 2017. Scholarship winners will be posted on the Sisters 4 Sisters web site on July 31, 2017.
Scholarship Conditions
Sisters 4 Sisters, Inc. scholarships may be used to supplement benefits for the college or university a student plans to attend, and fellowships from the other organizations or foundations. Students may use the scholarship to cover the costs of tuition, fees, books, room and board, computers, health insurance, general living expenses, and other college related expenses.
